You mean, Rohan didn't burn his own house down out of negligence?

He skipping school, fighting on the street, driving motorbike without license, intrude people private property, burn down people house, forging lottery ticket, beating a patient in hospital and beating a normal salary man on his way to work.

With that much of crime record I still wonder how he can get away with all of it.
