Helpdesk/Support: Good morning, how can I help you?

User: I want to report an error that's happening when I try to perform a certain procedure.

Support: It's an error, warning or alert?

User: It's a woops.

Support: Does it informs an error message or code?

User: Yes, it says 'colon closing parenthesis'.

Support: I see. I guess something happened.

Another recent trend in computing, along with excessively minimalist UIs that endlessly drives me crazy. Great, there's a problem. This much I realized. But what is the problem? Specifically? An error code, some details, ANYTHING more than what a toddler says when it "accidentally" knocks the lid off its sippy cup!
