Trap - Both are good.

It's a case by case scenario but I would say that the trap standard is harder because everybody can get the He-Man look if they work out for ten years, give or take.

But you kinda need a specific body type to get the trap look right. Something that's just not possible for every guy to achieve.

But we know someone who achieved both!
