Super Mario - "Normal" Wario and Waluigi

Alternate universe where they're the main protagonists.

Waluigi still looks pretty sinister. I half expect him to try and tie Peach or Daisy onto a train track while someone bangs on a piano. Wario on the other hand does look a lot nicer, I'd half expect him to be a big, strong and incredibly jolly kind of character.
