Anime / Manga - If You Know, You Know

We all know the reference, but will get angry if anyone directly says it.

I thought this was a reference to the ad break sequence when it shows a character card and says "FULL METAL ALCHEMIST" and then would show the same character in a different pose and say "FULL METAL ALCHEMIST" a little deeper.
