From the reports I've seen its more of

Leftists shoot at a property owner. The property shoots back indiscriminately due to not knowing who is shooting at him. A few leftists get shot before the property owner is hit himself. Leftists then try and destroy evidence and obstruct any investigation while also attacking and smearing Andy due to him showing the world the kind of people these leftists are
