I believe this is from a user on DeviantArt who made a series of similar art for all of the (human) Disney male protagonists (I'm not kidding, he even did pretty obscure ones). The series is actually pretty awesome, and you can find it here

No matter how attractive you make him, the fact is he was voiced by David Spade and that's terrible.
