Dark Pit's arrows do more damage and are harder to guide.
The Electroshock Arm does electrical damage and launches foes diagonally instead of straight up like the Upperdash arm.

His other two specials are pretty much the same though. Basically, him and Pit are like Mario and Dr. Mario were in Melee.
