This pic takes place in an alternative universe made by the artist, Rebornica. Here, FNAF 2 is considered a sequel to FNAF 1. So Mike is the one that has been moved to day-shift with Jeremy being the new night guard. Mike is 40 or so years old while jeremy is in his 20's. Also, Rebornica has this father-son relationship going between the 2, hence Mike caring so much about Jeremy's well-being.
