This is actually pretty subtle, the breakfast starts out as a stack of pancakes with a large amount of chocolate chips and whip cream and a bunch of muffins around it, a bit extravagant for an ordinary breakfast. The last dream sequence has a fucking cake instead of pancakes with cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, and eaten apples, not to mention really weird stuff like a jar full of keys and a freaking punchbowl with fish in it. Finally in reality, we have normal pancakes and apples, showing what is a dream and what isn't
