The Mona Lisa was attacked over the weekend by a climate activist disguised (poorly) as an elderly woman in a wheelchair. He smeared cake all over the bulletproof glass that protected it. Why? Honestly, despite the media exposure, this has got to be the worst protest in history, because it means nothing. Some guy just smeared cake on the Mona Lisa in front of hundreds of people, then explained in a villain monologue afterwards that he wanted to make people "think of the Earth."
