Twitter has been going through a lot ever since Elon's recent acquisition. Most of the problems have risen primarily from his persistence to have users pay $8/month to get a blue check on their accounts. Granted, being verified on Twitter never really had much meaning, but it was essential to help legitimize specific accounts and the tweets they published, especially if they were sources of vital information.

For the past few weeks, Twitter's new verification system has led to a slew of fake accounts getting verifications and impersonating real accounts and posting lots of fake news or information that has had detrimental effects on lots of industries, like the fake Eli Lilly and Company account announcing that insulin is now free, causing the stock price to fall by 4%. There have been some other accounts that were a little less serious, and frankly a little bit hilarious. Here are some of their best tweets.
