After almost 12 years, the long-awaited Avatar sequel has finally arrived, and despite everyone almost forgetting about the first movie, it was still quite a big success at the box office. None of us truly knew what to expect, especially considering the fact that Mr. Cameron wants to make 2 or 3 more Avatar films, but it was definitely a sight to behold, especially in IMAX.

I personally entirely forgot the plot of the very first movie, and I'm sure many of the people who went to go watch the sequel were also just as oblivious, but despite all of that, the movie managed to hit $1 billion in the box office in just 1 week, which is definitely an incentive for Cameron to keep churning out more from the blue people machine.
