12 Online Listings That Prove You Can Sell Literally Anything
Ever since the invention of Craigslist, more and more ways of selling items online have popped up. At first, there was eBay, and then Facebook joined the club with its introduction of Facebook Marketplace, allowing people to sell virtually ANYTHING they want. Even more bizarre is the fact that there is usually always someone who might be interested in whatever you might be selling, and I suppose that's just a consequence of the free market. If there's a seller, then there can be a buyer (and vice versa). The only problem is, as the years went by, the things people were putting up for sale have become… creative, to say the least.
The subreddit /r/CrackheadCraigslist highlights the weirdest (and funniest) items for sale on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace, from 'lightly used' screen protectors to entire rocket ships. While some ad placements seem like obvious jokes, others can be so oddly specific that we sincerely believe them to be real. Here are 12 of our top picks.
