When it comes to certain questions, there is usually an expected type of answer. Something that satisfies the question itself along with the person asking it. Usually, it isn't that difficult to answer a straightforward question, unless the type of person answering is one who creates answers that are technically the truth. These kinds of answers and comments are far from what could be expected. They tend to be very literal, so much so that they are genuinely impossible to argue with. They are also very frustrating for this same reason. They don't tend to answer the actual question the way it should have been, but instead provide a witty, or somewhat irritating response.

Reddit has a subreddit titled /r/technicallythetruth, which is home to all of the most worthy moments of something being unexpected, yet technically true. These people can't be argued with, and deserve to stand in the spotlight for their high levels of intelligence and wit. They are able to overcome the simplest of questions with the silliest responses, and that deserves some recognition. Here are 14 statements that can't really be argued with.
