因国西图 10/2/2019 I'm giving 1 star because of the cheap management and customer service. I heard the food was very good so I went to try. Me and the BF got the calamari, spaghetti alle vongole, and gnocchi. All were very delicious. I was actually so impressed that when the manager came to ask us how everything tasted I told her it was some of the best Italian food Ive had and I told her Im going to post about it on Instagram where I have over 11 thousand followers and a lot of them are in the area. She seemed very happy about it. I was wrong. I thought that she would be greatful for the free advertising but when the check came there was literally no discount at all. I thought at least one of the entrees would be taken off but they didnt even take off the calamari or even the drinks! I wont go back here because of this. Which is a shame because the food was very good. The manager needs to understand how to treat customers.

While in the new Dollar Tree store the other day there was a young couple shopping there as well. They were talking as they shopped and every second word that came out of their mouths was F-- It was totally sickening.. I got tired of it so I asked to talk to the manager. He came to the checkout and I mentioned it to him saying that is not acceptable and shoppers should not have to listen to that while in his store. His response was " ill go talk to him after I check a few people through “ (there was a cashier already working there.. even though there was a line up I still feel he should have dealt with it right away. ) I dont know if he ever did say anything as I just left the store disgusted, and probably will not shop there again. Why did he not act right away ? Why do these young people feel they need to use such language anyways never mind when in public where there are many people within ear shot. I answer phones for doctors offices and today I had my 1st patient asking me to schedule her grandson for the COVID vac. I refused. I told her that morally I couldn't do it. She surprisingly didn't get mad. She actually praised me for it because she didn't agree with it either, but was just doing it because she felt pressured into it.
