There's an audience for just about anything out there, and since people desire some of the strangest things ever, it's only natural that companies would try to profit off of this. Even if some of the ideas they come up with are absolutely horrible, gross, weird or just plain unnecessary, they'll find a way to make and advertise some of the most ridiculous things. From destructively flashy gender reveal products to cereals that should have never been invented, there's a lot of products out there that shouldn't have been made, but are probably selling unreasonably well anyway.

It doesn't just end at products, either. There's various services and even joinable subreddits that might get you thinking "Of course that's a thing." Here are 25 of those times when something didn't need to be created, but it was anyway, leading to results that we're not particularly happy we had to see.
