See How An AI Draws An 'Average Woman' From 16 States

Over the past few months, AI has become much more advanced. It's gotten to the point where AI-generated images are often indistinguishable from real life. Whether this is a good thing or a bad thing is up for debate, but it's still pretty cool to see AI evolve like this. One AI of note is Midjourney, which creates some pretty memorable images based on a prompt. Naturally, people come up with some entertaining things for Midjourney to generate, and today, we're bringing you the results of one Redditor's AI experiment.

A Reddit user known as /u/Vegetable_Respect_14 posted a series of images generated by Midjourney. He'd asked it to generate the "average" woman of various states in the U.S.A., and the results did not disappoint. Full of cool artistry, stereotyping and some real weirdness, there's a lot to take in here. Though many of the AI people generated by /u/Vegetable_Respect_14 were lost after being removed by moderators, we've managed to save 16 of them. See if your state is represented by the women below.
