The internet smells something fishy in a Minnesota couple's story that their house was targeted by 'Black Lives Matter and Antifa' arsonists who supposedly spray-painted 'Joe Biden 2020' on their garage as they set fire to their home.

Facebook user Deanna Molla claimed in a public, since-deleted post that her house was targeted just before 4:00 AM this morning. All members of her family, including her dogs, are safe.

As the story spread on Twitter, many commenters opined that something seemed off about the couple's claim of radical, Biden-supporting Antifa terrorists randomly targeting their home. For starters, the circled "A" on the couple's garage is a symbol of anarchists, and it seemed highly unlikely to Twitter users that anarchists would destroy a home, leave proof that they were the ones responsible, and simultaneously voice support for Joe Biden, who is hardly a radical politician.

Some suspected that the couple had ulterior motives for staging the attack, with some hypothesizing it might be a case of insurance fraud.

For others, the story was reminiscent of an infamous photo of a man claiming his driveway was vandalized by black people who spray-painted "Blacks Rule" on his driveway.

Police say the investigation is active and they are not ruling the possibility of insurance fraud or other ulterior motives out.
