A Tribute To Tony Hawk's 'Larry David' Costume, Halloween's Greatest Gift (14 Images)
It's Election Day. And while many people around the United States, and probably the world, are chewing their fingernails to the nub, it's important to take some mental health breaks.
Thankfully, living God and skateboarding great Tony Hawk gifted us some reprieve a few days ago. Reposting some costumes from Halloweens past, Hawk re-upped his best costume to-date: Larry David. Needless to say, the illusion of Larry David busting out a textbook frontside air is pretty, pretty, pretty good. The hands, Hawk's expression, that shirt. It all works.

The photo was originally published in 2016, just before Election Day of the former worst year of all time. Hawk managed to fool a few people way back when particularly with one shot of the birdman pulling a tweaked backside Smith grind and delivering a believable Larry David grimace.

This year, aside from Hawk reposting the image, Redditors unearthed the picture, garnering more than 100,000 upvotes in less than a week on the /r/pics subreddit. Elsewhere on Reddit, Hawk's photo sparked a photoshop battle. Redditors reimagined the now-legendary session to include fellow Larry David dead-ringer Bernie Sanders, replace the box art for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and DaVinki's "Creation of Adam," which should spark a petition to update the Sistine Chaple. Check out some of the best photoshops below and feel good again.
