R.E.P.O. is arguably the biggest multiplayer survival horror game out there right now, and it's also inspired one of the biggest memes of the month thanks to a viral clip from Twitch streamer PresidentLloyd.

The clip features a R.E.P.O player passionately singing Malcolm Todd's "Chest Pain (I Love)" while rolling around on the ground, and it's become a massively prevalent animation meme around different social media platforms lately.

What Is The R.E.P.O. "I Love" Meme?

The "I Love" clip comes from Twitch streamer PresidentLloyd and was first uploaded by the streamer to his Instagram page on March 20th, 2025.

In the clip, which went viral and accumulated over 2.4 million likes since, shows player Just_CSmallz rolling around on the ground while belting out the song "Chest Pain (I Love)." PresidentLloyd then tries to bully him into continuing to sing.

The video was reposted numerous times over the next few weeks, with many finding the singing of the R.E.P.O. player hilarious. Then, later in the month, the video became the subject of memes.

In the last few days of March 2025, animators decided to take the clip and reanimate it in a variety of funny ways.
