Soon after the release of the original Five Nights At Freddy's game in August 2024, YouTuber and musician "The Living Tombstone" posted a FNAF song that went on to become nearly synonymous with the actual game. As of January 2024, the video stands at over 347 million views.
In August 2021, a talented beatboxer posted a cover inspired by The Living Tombstone's song, starting of with a now familiar "Har Har Har" refrain. @Abdul_cisse gathered over 30 million views for his FNAF Beatbox video in just over two years.

In June 2023, TikToker @.g.r.b posted a clip of him and his friend walking up to a bear-shaped trash can, and saying in Polish, "O, cholera, czy to Freddy Fazbear?" The phrase loosely translates to "Oh shoot, is that Freddy Fazbear?" in English. Him and is friend then broke out into an impromptu rendition of the "FNAF Beatbox", making a noise that sounded like "har har har" or "ur ur ur."

How Did 'O Cholera Czy To Freddy Fazbear' Become A Meme?
Going into July 2023, various TikTokers began to use the sound from the original Polish TikTok, or edit it in their own meme videos. Early versions of the meme saw people finding their own Bear shaped dustbins and harassing it for millions of views, as seen in the following videos by @proteamkox_ and @lubie_tosty_aftona.

The trend then evolved into people posting videos of actual bears and joking about them being Freddy Fazbear, as seen in a clip posted by @benvover46 that gathered over 12 million views. People also began remixing the song in 2023, adding music and accompanying visualizers, as seen in a video posted by @memlisher.mashups that gathered over 21 million views.
