So post "is it just me or x" and respond to the person above you.

No one's above me.

Is it just me, or is a dog getting hurt and/or killed far more tragic in a film than a human (of any age) getting violently slaughtered.

According to popular opinion yes, which kind of makes me worry about the mindset of most people.

Is it just me or is anything above 30C (86F) too damn hot?

Yeah, you kind of miss waiting for the next episode and once it's over, it's like, "What now?"

Is it me or does the gaming industry care more about making money than actually making good games?

Yeah same like for me there's Avengers 2, Jurassic World, Splatoon, Daredevil, I read a cool book or two, saw some older shows and movies that are also cool, and just in general I've been pretty happy and there's still more cool stuff to come. I'm glad I'm not alone.

Is it just me or does anyone else get sad when they kill npcs in some games? No joke like even in games where the enemy is pretty clearly evil or it's just some mindless citizen with no back-story I always think of what lives they could have had or the pain they were growing through and if it's a supposed villain I think of the circumstances that lead up to their death and if it wasn't a game would they have to die? Kind of a lot and also weird but am I alone?

Meh, could be better. It's definitely on the positive side, though.

Edit: Ninja'd.
Yeah, sometimes I get sad when I see an NPC die, and this applies to background characters in shows or movies. They have their own lives and their own story that was never talked about, so you can only imagine what it's like to have all of it end abruptly.

Is it just me, or there are other people on the site besides me who actually enjoy KYM unironically?

It's not just you. I like editing entries on KYM because it's a way of procrastinating while feeling productive.

Is it just me, or is everyone tired of the unironic PC gaming master race following?

Trust me, it's not just you.
Is it just me, or is it incredibly easy to start acting like a douche towards everyone and everything if you start to get in the habit?

No, but your mom certainly has amirite B)
Is it just me, or is it the fact that so many books still name the Beatles as “the greatest or most significant or most influential” rock band ever tell you how far rock music still is from becoming a serious art? Jazz critics have long recognized that the greatest jazz musicians of all times are Duke Ellington and John Coltrane, who were not the most famous or richest or best sellers of their times, let alone of all times. Classical critics rank the highly controversial Beethoven over classical musicians who were highly popular in courts around Europe. Rock critics are still blinded by commercial success. The Beatles sold more than anyone else (not true, by the way), therefore they must have been the greatest. Jazz critics grow up listening to a lot of jazz music of the past, classical critics grow up listening to a lot of classical music of the past. Rock critics are often totally ignorant of the rock music of the past, they barely know the best sellers. No wonder they will think that the Beatles did anything worthy of being saved.
