Probably the fact that the windmill scene of Don Quixote was to show how delusional the main character was?
The fact that he created a political cartoon that supports the exact opposite of his beliefs is pretty hilarious imo.
I say it's a perfect cartoon that sums up the entire Anti-Vax movement in a nice tight bow.
