Do you play golf?

Back in middle school and high school. I was alright, but I chose to not take anything I learned from golf into college. I'll still do putt putt or a driving range.

Yes, it's one of my main hobbies. I like sport games in general and decided to try golf a couple of years ago, it seemed rather boring for me in the beginning but later I changed my opinion :)
Now I'm a rather good amateur player but I think that this achievement is possible for many people in fact because it's just a result of long practising. Being patient and practising regurarly is one of key things for becoming the good golf player.
Also I can say from my own experience that if you're a total newbie in golf, it's better to start from special courses with a teaching pro. You'll need to learn the basics during this time like developing right posture, alignment, grip for various types of clubs and making different shots. And it's known that learning the basics from scratch is much easier than correcting later bad habbits in playing https://golfclubguru.net/the-best-list-of-golf-tips-for-beginners/.
And golf even with being your hobby isn't that type of game which you want to play every weekends, well in my case it's like that. Besides during cols seasons it's rather expensive too.

I've found myself indulging in the sport every blue moon as there is conveniently a range within walking distance, but I usually prefer video game golf like Neo Turf Masters or MS Golf.

Grew up living right below a golf course so naturally i played it a lot growing up. However, as much as i enjoy playing it around 2-3 a month, I can't play it too often as it can be quite pricey to play it too often.Luckily for me, the golf course i grew up playing at is dirt cheap at 10$ a round for a 9 hole course.

While i'm pretty shoddy at best, i still like playing it just to relax every once in a while and that's all that really matters to me. But if i'm lucky and get like 3 pars in a round then that' fine by me.

The only bummer at the moment is that i don't have a putter cause i broke mine last time i played. I swear though i'm cursed because I've broken like 3 putters over the years due to the necks constantly snapping like toothpicks.
