What is it about mellow that compels us to give her karma?

She's a girl on the internet and for some reason that's rare?

Because she is "a crafty fucker"

She is a female Asian on the internet and you all feel compelled due to this.

Because she has no friends.

I'm noticing that nobody mentions what she says in her posts.

I don't feel compelled to give Mellow karma. In fact, I don't recall ever doing so. I may be remembering incorrectly, but I'd wager money that I've given more karma to you [angrypwnzer] than to Mellow.

That Mellow person sucks.

I find her comments to be amusing.

My KQ (krama quotient) is at about 130, and I see yours is around there, too. While Sweatie Killer has massive quantities of karma, his KQ is only 57. angrypwnzer has a KQ of 33, while Mellow has a very impressive 185. I looked through a lot of people's profiles, and Mellow's KQ is the only one I found over 150.

No. You succeed at math, but fail at KQ. That is indeed a KQ of 700. (Actually, as I write this, her KQ stands at 733.) Like IQ and other measurements, it's a fraction converted to a decimal and multiplied by 100. I hereby negative karma you.

I considered adding a stipulation that a user should have a minimum number of posts to ensure an accurate measurement, but I suspect even with more posts, Molly's KQ would remain high for truly possessing in reality whatever quality you imagine Mellow has. Case in point? Molly once received 16 karma for simply saying hello.

The KQ quotient thing doesn't really work for the users that posted lots in the pre-karma era.

That's right. It's not a myth.

This is true. I made most of my posts pre-karma era.
