Whey protein supplements for example are nearly 100% protein

What are the best sources of protein if you are on a tight budget? It’s hard to say exactly what to get, as in many different areas you’ll find different prices for goods. In westernised supermarkets you can usually pick up a whole chicken, a bird packed full of protein and vital fats, at a reasonable price especially if you visit at the end of the day and get a reduced price chicken. Beans are packed with protein and are readily available in some countries, a tin of beans in the UK for instance can be as little as 10 cents! Letting someone else harvest the protein is the best method, whey protein supplements for example are nearly 100% protein without any effort, waste or unwanted fat surrounding it. Why protein tubs may cost a lot to start with but when you consider the amount of protein you actually get it’s worth it!
