So my friend thought it would be funny to mess with the Harvard debate team (he's not on it) so he started this meme which took off on a few debate websites. The guy in the picture is the Harvard's Debate Coach Dallas Perkins. The pictures got banned after this one here was posted, but they kept making pictures with the Perky Dallas generator and posted them on other sites. I got a good laugh..
