You can use any voice actor from any language. Try to find odd ones!

(And If I need to clarify, you NEED to connect a Fullmetal Alchemist character with a character from some other series, JUST through the voice actors.)

Cell (DBZ) is M. Bison (Street Fighter) is Vicious (Cowboy Bebop) is Emperor of Britannia (Code Geass) is Alexander Anderson (Hellsing) is Dracula (Castlevania).
