The Turok franchise. 59 years old.

Son of Stone solidified its mythology. Dinosaur Hunter expanded it. Seeds of Evil brought it all to a legendary status. Rage Wars provided an insane multiplayer experience. Shadow of Oblivion and Evolution upgraded the cemented storyline. 2008's reboot is a bloody insult.

Spore

I've got a love-hate relation with this game, because looking back on it, it was good for what it was; BUT, it could have been so much better, had EA let Will Wright finish it.

Now he's shackled to Origin™ Life support, cranking out The Sims 4

I've been playing Kid Icarus Uprising a lot as of late. So many weapons to fuse, so many weapons to try out and so little time.

I've also gotten back into Spore thanks to the Dark Injection mod. Total freedom = Awesome creatures!

I'd like to play Tokyo Jungle a little more often but it's always a bitch to ask my brother to play on his PS3. Gotta love older siblings…

Fallout 3, among my most favourite games of all time.
The freedom, character design and actions that have influence on the rest of the game, the atmosphere, love it.

And then this:

CALL OF DUTY IS BEST GAMER EVAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually love this game called Warhawk, it's kinda a hipster game, cause virtually no one bought it, which is sad but awesome at the same time.

It hasn't gotten real hardcore maintenance since 2009, so now it's getting to be not so great in terms of gameplay even in games that should be great. Although the biggest winner and the biggest looser in this game is definitely the players. Most of the people that still play are hardcore addicts and have nearing-WOW amounts of time into the game, playing since 2007.

Hey pal come on let the guy troll

What's up with all these new games?

I'm so happy that I finally got myself a copy of Gunstar Heroes for my Sega Genesis / Megadrive. My life is partially complete!

It's kinda strange that all my recently bought "new" games are for an over 20 year-old console.

Got myself stuff like Sonic 1&2, Kid Chameleon, Aladdin, Quackshot, Ecco, Jurassic Park, Toejam & Earl, Castle of Illusion & World of Illusion, Golden Axe, Street Fighter, Truxton… etc.

Gotta love the retro consoles.

You fucking retarded shit. Call of duty is gay. Are you to fucking retarded to see the sarcasm? They don't even have RPGs any more so they can go duck themselves. Amd so can you.

Do you want to play?
It's really long and hard, but worth it.

Oh, Battletoad's! That is definitely one of my all time favorites! It is a very long game and is oh so very hard, but I don't know if I can beat it again.

I've been replaying all my Ace Attorney games in preparation for that one's release. I'm so fucking pumped for it.

Other than that, I've been playing Dark Souls continuously for the past couple of months. The possibilities are endless, the online is still active, and it keeps retaining its fun. I also got into the beta for DSII, and that's pretty awesome, too.

Back on topic. I liked bf3 but bf4 looks a lot the same. I want payday 2 and am really excited for diablo 3. The demo was epic.

What are you even trying to say?

Bf3 was fun because I could troll nonstop. If ernest wanted to camp I'd lay down mines on a staircase and wait with an rpg. It was fun,is what I'm trying to say

Another favorite of mine I actually got to play was Ico, I got the HD combo of that and SOTC. I didn't expect a whole lot out of Ico, but I can't understand why it didn't sell more. Same with SOTC. I look at vidya a bit differently after playing Ico, I haven't even gotten to play SOTC yet, and I can't wait.

Do you know Evoland?
It's a RPG that evolves while playing.
Initially it's black and white without music or even smooth scrolling, like it was done on a Game Boy. But then it changes and it modernize itself, reaching even the 3D graphic:

You know the videogames have reached the same level of the other media when they start mentioning theirself in the past.

I remember seeing bits about it on Toonami when I was younger, and flipping my shit wanting to play it.

But when I rented it from Blockbuster, I couldn't get past the first level, because I kept leading the girl into the shadow monsters. Totally noobed out and never rented it again because of a short attention span.

I'd love to play it again though, with, possibly, a better mindset.

I've been finding more fun with Arma 3 now.

Goddamn, once you find a server with good people to play with you can have some serious fun.

Just watch out for kids that transferred from Call of Duty. They are terrible. Teamkillers at heart, and squeakers at best.

The only games I enjoy now are TF2, and Dota 2, Left for Dead, and Torchlight 2. The entire team work thing is really a wonderful feeling when it succeeds; on the other hand, having a terrible team makes you resent the game. I am starting to get bored of Survival games, like Day Z now; I will make an exception for System Shock 2.

This is why I always put at the start and end of a comment. Sarcasm doesn't translate well without the right tone of voice or some good visuals

@Topic – I've been recently playing Sniper Elite V2. Surprisingly I've been getting headshots 9/10 times without using Iron Lung and set to realistic ballistics, unsurprisingly I panic and miss 9/10 shots when they realise where I am and flank me.

Also, I've been playing things like Pokemon, Civilization V, Katawa Shoujo (if you wanna call it a game) because I've been needing a good cry recently, and Cookie Clicker (godamn it, it's stealing valuable hours of my life), and a dab of Persona here and there.

I generally enjoy RPGs and Action games the most. Skyrim, Fallout3/New Vegas, and Pokemon being up there. Zelda, too.
I'm working through my first ATLAS game: Shin Megami Tensei IV, and it's hard, but it's so satisfying when I beat a boss. I hope I can get the money for Pokemon Y soon, though.

System Shock 2.

I got my hands on SS2 as well. My god, where was I when this game was released? (Oh right, playing Starcraft: Brood War)

Still looking for a chance to try SS2 coop with someone

I have yet to play the co-op, feel free to add me on steam; if I am not busy, I'll play a game with you.

Just like what they say: You gotta (or maybe have to) catch them all

I'm a bit of a Valve fanboy when it comes to video games, with Team Fortress 2 and Garry's Mod (Yes, I know it's not technically by Valve, shut up) consuming most of my play time. old NES titles like Duck Hunt and Castlevania were always in my favorites as well. But other than that, I'm the loser at the office playing Solitaire.
