Yesterday I was derping around like normal and a house was JUST lit on fire…and my bro was holding a match right next to the house…

I guess so, if he intended to light the house on fire, then indeed he might be Disaster Boy. By the way, why were you derping when someone's house was being caught on fire?
Didn't think to call the emergency?
