I already have two ideas.

1.The 7 Salutes: The 7 Salutes will consist of this message: The internet salutes you. (ﾟｰﾟ＼)(ﾟｰﾟ＼)(ﾟｰﾟ＼)(ﾟｰﾟ＼)(ﾟｰﾟ＼)(ﾟｰﾟ＼)(ﾟｰﾟ＼), this message will be given to smart people, who state real facts, and just generally do good things for the internet, if the message is given to someone who doesn't deserve it, tell the sender to send this message: I have wrongly judged you, and you are either scum, or someone not worthy of a congratulations., to the previous receiver.

2. whatthefuckwedontgiveashit.ass: In case you can't decipher the message, it reads: what the fuck we dont give a shit .ass, this is a form of anti spam, use it against spammers to try and drive them away.

This isn't really how you make new memes, just coming up with ideas and releasing them into the wild and hope they spread. That's not really how it works.

One does not simply create a meme.
