The next scene is from Ed, Edd n' Eddy (from the episode "Avast Ye Eds"), in it Rolf says in Spanish: "my body ask for sun and SEX".
And before to ask, no, this is not from a YouTube poop or something like that, this how sounds in the Latino dub.
I always wondered what was Rolf saying in that part in the original.
Everything… about… this…
Forgive me for not being insightful, but so many things bugged me about this movie. What the hell was the black thing? How did the plot go from monkeys to spaceships? Why is HAL suddenly being an asshole? What's up with the old dude dying in a bed?
It was just way too complicated for me to understand.

The "black thing" was the Monolith. They're basically machines created by some race which have long discarded physical shells. The whole bit with the "monkeys" was showing that a Monolith kickstarted humanity's development, with the ship just being a transition. The bit with HAL was actually described in the book. HAL was given conflicting orders, as it was not programmed to keep secrets, yet was ordered to do so. HAL's solution to this problem was to kill the crew so there was no one to keep the secret FROM. And that last question… I… THINK it's something to do with David Bowman ascending to becoming a similar sort of being to those that created the Monoliths?
Anyway, now for mine.
That Sonic movie from the 90's. WHY CAN KNUCKLES FLY.

well, he can glide, so i'm guessing the people who made the movie thought it wouldn't be that far od a stretch that he could fly.
or something. I dunno.
For mine… I don't really watch movies.
