On topic, that specific anime is basically a huge 'feels' generator if you haven't heard of it, or have, but didn't see it. However, looking back at it for a while, it still is terrifically sad.

Oh gosh, the ending of The Grand Budapest Hotel. I can't find a video of it, so here's a description from TV Tropes:

It's even more feel-worthy in the game: Essentially, the game starts off with you dead, and you need to progress through the afterlife to find acceptance ~~like Majora's Mask~~.
I don't even know why this ending hits me in the feels, it just does.

Three days before my good friend of five years left to the military, we played World of Warcraft and talked via Skype all day. We were doing a Player VS Player battleground, but our fellow team members were trash. After several up and down games we got bored and went to go complete an achievement called 'Riches of Pandaria'. The achievement was basically a giant scavenger hunt for items that sell for a pretty penny.

After an hour of obtaining 17/18 treasures, we finally found the location of the last treasure. It was in a cave called the Ghastly Confines. The cave was full of hostile NPCs called Dreadlings; they constantly used an ability called 'Fear of Abandonment'. The ability makes any friendly NPC/Players phase out of your sight. After ten minutes of mindlessly killing Dreadlings and searching for the last treasure, we just decided to Google.

The location of the treasure was deeper in the cave… (duh). Feeling like a lost tourist, we finally reach the pits of the cave and the treasure; there's a weird neutral,giant,bow-wearing, earth elemental NPC named Huggalon standing near the treasure. We prepared ourselves just in case it became hostile once we looted the treasure; it wasn't. So we looted the treasure and got the meaningless achievement, but at least we made some decent gold.

It was about 3AM when we got the achievement, so we were ready to say our goodbyes but before that we decided to kill Huggalon. Huggalon dropped like a fly between the two of us. He dropped some coin and an item called B.F.F Necklace. We both kinda poker faced and rolled against each other for it; he won the necklace. The necklace gave the recipient and the user a buff called "B.F.F." which reads: "Friends forever!". He used it on me. I'm pretty sure we both had the biggest poker faces in the world at that time. So instead of confronting the awkwardness, we said our good nights,see you laters, and logged off. We didn't talk after that and I regret not saying bye to him before he left. It's been two years since I last heard of him.

Oh, and here's Huggalon. It's not my screenshot, but it's to give you an idea.

When Finn's dad goes over to the set his son has constructed and pulls off the Lord Business minifig, which is based on him, and sadly asks Finn, "Lord Business, is he…the bad guy?", and Finn just looks away. He realizes for the first time just exactly how his son views him. And he's heartbroken.

Oh, and of Course Mufasa'a death in The Lion King. (Not spoilered cause It Was His Sled. )

I really do advise that you watch the full Movie long before you even watch this video.

Back as a kid these parts really got me…And even now all 3 of these parts from this movie fucking kill me every damn time. It actually got worse as i got older.

The ending to this episode from Adventure Time

Behold, the theme of one of those boss fights where you realize how much of an asshole you were.

Allow me to explain, although this is spoilerrific.

In this game you play as a broke asshole who essentially kills people who kill others as a way of funding his otaku lifestyle. Throughout two of these game, you kill people who are at times portrayed as downright evil to neutral to genuinely good. At this point in the sequel game, however, the hero realizes he's mindlessly murdering people and not only grows tired of it, he realizes that humans are actually not tools of warfare. At this boss fight, he meets a woman just like him who asks him to kill her, despite fighting back as well in hopes of taking down the rabid organization operating the endless killing. The song playing here is essentially a reminder as to how you've essentially killed hundreds of people and ruined many lives and caused sorrow for not only yourself, but everyone you've slain in your quest for vengeance. After this incredibly well-done and fun boss fight, she is killed by the "hero" and he comes to an epiphany and swears to take down the psychopaths that were broadcasting killing as a sport.
