23. I scored a 30 a few years ago though. Pretty sure I'm not autistic but more "autisto-typal" if you see what I mean (I'm merely a very obsessive nerd but I'm decently socially skilled).

@MS Fortune

38 “autism likely”
Well I’m a total spergburger anyway. I was diagnosed when I was young, and yeah I still have trouble with stuff.
EDIT: Just noticed I have the highest score here. I don’t know how I should take that.

Sorry, but it looks like you got kicked off the throne.

39. I was diagnosed with Aspurger’s Syndrome when I was a kid.

Hail to the new sperg king!

Don't worry about it too much mate. It's not that high a score, and even if you did turn out to be autistic, all it would mean is that you are cognitively different from other people and see things a different way is all

If you have difficulty making friends or sustaining conversation, socialisation can be practised. It might feel a bit unnatural at first but that's the case with a lot of things. There's no shame in it not coming naturally.

I believe with such tests there can be a "confirmation bias" as well i.e. in many cases, people who take autism screening in the first place do so because they already suspect they are autistic/are looking for an explanation as to why they perceive that others are better at socialising than they are.

Be Outgoing on Wikihow is quite a nice article. That website is a bit general and hit-n-miss, but it might give you some ideas
