i give explorer a 6 for obvious reasons.
opera is 10.
firefox is 7.
um, any others? those are the only ones i know of.

Don't think I missed any. Browsers were rated based on how fast they were, how frequently they encountered problems, user experience, how accurately they rendered pages, and their feature sets.
