Totally random things

Well, obviously I shouldn't be hanging out on the street at 10:30 p.m. for no good reason, but here I am…and this guy walks up to me and says, "Hey, let me show you my invention!" He proceeds to demonstrate to me that his skateboard, in addition to being a mode of transportation, is also a fully functional pot pipe. I'm not sure whether to be highly impressed at his ingenuity or horrified that someone would put that much effort into their drug habit. Somehow, it ends up being a mixture of both for me.

So anyone else have any interesting stories?

So I'm totally browsing the web at like 2:00 am, right? And I got to this forum that I'm quite active on. I scroll down to see the different threads and one in particular grabbed my attention. "Totally random things" was the title. I then proceeded to click and then read the thread. Upon reading the first post, I noticed that the content, in addition to being fairly interesting, could serve as a template for future posts in the same thread. At first, I wasn't sure whether to make an unoriginal post somewhat related to the topic or to spend an unnecessary amount of effort working on that post. Somehow, I ended up doing a little bit of both.

So does anyone else have an interesting forum experience?

I would've bought that from him if I were you.

No, and what city is this? San Fran?

No, I live in Orange County. I'm guessing that in SF they don't bother to hide their drug paraphernalia; I know they don't in Berkeley.

Many years ago, my cousin and I were walking down the street in Berkeley, and we passed this guy leaning against a wall. As we passed, he put his hand to his nose and tipped his head forward, as if sneezing, and shouted, "Hashish!" We busted up laughing and gave him a thumbs-up, but we were already completely blazed on LSD. Drugs make you think you're incredibly clever, but I quit them a long time ago because I recognized they actually make you incredibly stupid.

I logged on to the Internet this morning and found out that a thread I had created on KYM had received several responses. I opened up the thread to see what people had written and found that someone had, in addition to responding to my post, made a bit of wry humor playing off of the original topic. I didn't know whether to lol or give the guy karma. I ended up doing both.

Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

As I said in my other post, I quit doing drugs a long time ago. What I really should have done is what I often am tempted to do in such situations: pretend to be fumbling about in my pocket and say, "Cool! Do you want to see my badge?"
