When I said fictional characters, I mean't something from an anime, tv show, or video game.
I guess you can make up some too. Please keep it Safe For Work though.

Head of the Schmatzi Party in Bermany*. Friends with Meinrich Nimmler, Linehart Tristan Erugen Piedrich and Lermann Köring. Mortal enemies with Franklin D. Toosevelt, Minston Lurchill (Prine Minister of Prate Mitten), and Poseph Ktalin.

*The Schmatzi party is completely unrelated to any other parties you many know of
