I live in the +8:00 GMT time zone.

So, 10:00 AM GMT, which is, 6:00 PM (+8:00 GMT)

EST USA

I think you need to come up with some rules so this can work on a forum. I doubt that waiting for people to be on at the same time will work.

If my understanding of Millionaire is correct, only one person really plays at a time, and goes through a series of questions.

My suggestion to translate this to work within the thread is that one team will play at a time, which allows for multiple people to play and for the game to work more quickly. Meredith can leave a question up on the thread, and gives the team a certain amount of time to answer. (24 hours? Maybe 36?) In this time, the team can talk in private about how they want to answer/proceed. Anybody who answers when it is not their turn will be disqualified.

When the first team is disqualified, the game starts over with the next one, etc. The team with the highest score after everyone's played is the winrar and gets high fives from everyone.

How does that sound?
