I tried to search in database about the fireworks guy with glasses and does sing in gif
I don't know what's meme name or his name
Nothing I could find and I have no choice but to post a new thread here.
If a topic like this topic existed so you guys can move this into a right topic thanks
so I found a small picture randomly ( lucky for me ) via google ( it's in website tumblr images )
