Can you guys help out with this. I've seen a good amount of parodies of this.

It's been on the meme list for a while, and you pretty much have the origin right there. While trying to find it's "true" online origin would be difficult, as it is a famous quote in it's own right which predates the internet by several decades (technically centuries if you count the source he's quoting), there really is going to be no "true" online origin anyways.

Here are images on site with the metadata containing "I am become Death". Should be noted that many of these only have it as a joke tag or title (aka, not documentation of phrase), due the the infamy of the phrase.
