So I just came across this post…
Seems like it might be a good idea to make an entry. I have no idea how to research Russian memes though.
I think there's no point in making entries for exclusively Russian memes, unless they become popular on the English speaking internet (like Spurdo). I don't think you can translate and adapt most memes well.
But if you'd like to, I can provide the information for this meme, because I speak decent Russian.

Every meme should be documented, regardless of country of origin, in my opinion.
