On Facebook you'll see posts that reference the flower react, which is a temporary reaction in honor of Mother's Day I believe. It just came back for the US, and some other areas got it recently as well. It's often used in "react for x" shitposts, where the obvious best option will be represented by the flower. I searched it and found it didn't have an entry. It might not be quite widespread enough, but I've seen some people on Facebook posting about it.
