Just curious and all.Sorry for being such a noob.I'm new here and I forgot to introduce myself before.That's why I chose a profile picture that suits me. :)

Only mods can deadpool.

Moderators look over submitted entries and if the thing submitted isn't notable (in that its only an injoke in a small community or is just from a singular 4chan thread) we deadpool it until it can be proven that the thing in question is notable.

…And if the entry has no means of ever being memetic (say someone posted an article on an ambulance) the moderators can hide the entry from the public, resulting in a 404 page for anyone who wanted to go there again.

…And if the entry is poked at by a bunch of users, it is kept up:
Super Robo Jesus (might be different name though)
