My title always ends up being what I wrote in the caption :( How can I make my own one??

There's a title field, but no caption field. Check the box where you're writing your captions.

I don't understand. I can't see a title field. Only the area where to put the captions. Can somebody make a screenshot and show me?

You can't rename the image through the remix button.

What I mean is, the title that people see on the side of the picture.

Actually, I'm getting the feeling we're talking about different upload pages. Can you show me a screencap of where you create/upload your images, so I can confirm this?

Here you go. When I click "Create", it just makes the title from the captions I used…

Yeah, that's the "Remix" feature, from Cheezburger (which we don't control). The Basic Builder, as shown, doesn't allow you to add a title. You can add a title using the Advanced Builder, however.
