This seems to be happening only when I reply to someone. I first found out about this when I was replying to a comment and I had to refresh the page to see the comment I made as it didn't show up.
This never happened to me a few days ago so is this a new bug or something?
The web browser I'm using is Firefox (version 37.0.2) in case it is a browser-related issue.
