I accdently disliked a picture [not really paying attention to the 'are you sure pop up…] and i really didn't mean to, is there a way to un-dislike it and like it / thumb it up?

No, at the moment the site doesn't support vote changing. That's why the warning box comes up.

Originally there was a glitch that allowed you to downvote a picture into oblivion by changing your vote, so it was disabled.
