So not only do we have a new spinoff game starring the "Bat Family" in the works (Gotham Knights, which I already made a thread for), but it was also confirmed today that the studio responsible for the main Batman: Arkham series, Rocksteady, is making a new DC game set in the same universe (this was confirmed in an interview). This game will focus on the Suicide Squad itself, Task Force X, with Harley Quinn (clearly voiced by a returning Tara Strong), Deadshot (who may be a new person with the name as Arkham City had a white Deadshot like the comics but this game looks to be taking notes from Will Smith's Deadshot from the recent movies), Captain Boomerang, and King Shark. The game will have 4 player co-op and the story is about Task Force X being tasked with killing Superman after the man of steel has somehow turned evil. Judging by the name though I assume other Justice League members will be targets. One guess is Brainiac might be involved somehow juding by that skull thing at the start of the trailer.
No gameplay footage at the moment as it's not coming out until 2022 for PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
