Disasters cannot be unforseen is a joke in a competitive UGC Highlander TF2 team known as "The Desolation Pack." While finding a time for their first game, one of the members called blue messaged the leader of the team they were fighting on Steam. They found out that the leader said a lie, and they started rescheduling the game. The enemy team's leader ended up saying "Disasters cannot be unforseen." The Desolation Pack started joking about this, and it became a meme.
