TotallyNotACelebrity's Paternity Test

Background

On October 4th, 2013, Redditor TotallyNotACelebrity submitted a two-pane image macro consisting of Success Kid and Bad Luck Brian in a post titled "I find out which one I am on Monday" to the /r/adviceanimals subreddit (shown below). In the image macro, TotallyNotACelebrity reveals that his girlfriend recently became pregnant despite his infertility and that he is waiting for the results of a sterility test, which would effectively determine whether he is the father of child or not.

Notable Developments

TotallyNotACelebrity's dillemma instantly struck a chord with the rest of /r/AdviceAnimals and subsequently reached the front page of Reddit, garnering more than 35,000 up votes and 2,120 comments in 72 hours. Shortly after the front page feature, Redditor TotallyNotACelebrity posted an update in the comments:

To answer all questions about how the testing will be done, I'm testing my sterility and I'm getting the results on Monday. If I'm fertile, it's mine. If not, there's no other explanation besides it's not mine, or Jesus is back.

Also, she doesn't know I'm unsure (as much as I want to tell her I'm on front page). I highly doubt she's cheated on me, she's a great woman, that's why I'll believe it's mine if I'm fertile. Only cold hard science and facts can tell me she'd do something like that.
